2012 Russell Athletic Bowl: Rutgers Scarlet Knights vs. Virginia Tech Hokies
Rutgers won the Big East this year, and have only lost three games, but two of them came at the very end of the season, so they need to make some adjustments heading into this game. The Hokies finished in the middle of the ACC, but played some tough games against a couple of ranked opponents. The Knights will have to use their strong defense to keep the Hokies down, which may not be too difficult as Virginia Tech's offense is not overpowering. This should be a good one, with Rutgers trying to prove Big East football isn't as bad as everyone thinks it is.
