The Governors Awards will be handed out for the fourth time this evening.  Last year, James Earl Jones and Dick Smith were recipients of Honorary Awards, while Oprah Winfrey took home the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.  The event will take place at the Grand Ballroom at Hollywood and Highland.
