Interview: 'Doctor Who' co-star Alex Kingston, Part 2
On growing up with the Doctor and playing his 'most elusive' companion
Here's part 2 of my interview with "Doctor Who" recurring guest star Alex Kingston. (Part 1 is here.) Because Kingston's a bit older than Matt Smith and Karen Gillan, the original "Doctor Who" series was an actual part of her childhood, and we talk about that, River Song's unique position among the history of the Doctor's companions, and more.
Enjoy. Back tomorrow with a few words from Amy Pond.

sepinwall Eh, I think we should all know by now to expect some kind of technical problem whenever I try to branch out past writing. In this case, I was limited by the quality of the FlipCam's mic and the vast open space I was working in. Next time, I'll tell the BBC people to put us in a closet together. :)

You know something, Alan, if you ever get alone time in a broom closet with Alex Kingston I know several men (and one or two lesbians) who will be your new best friends. :)
