Watch: Usher gets down in the 'Climax' video... or does he?
The sexy clip is a bit of a mind trip

In Usher’s new song, “Climax” the song takes on the less sexual meaning in that he’s singing about a relationship coming to the end of its time. In the video, there’s definitely room for double meaning of the song.
In the moody video, Usher spends a lot of time behind the wheel, looking confused and hurt (either that or he can’t find his car keys). It’s also totally unclear how much of the activity is really happening and how much is going on totally within his own head.
[More after the jump...]
For example, he leaves his car to go visit his lady, and as they’re getting busy in a steamy scene, someone else, perhaps her husband, pull up into the driveway. We then see Usher back in his car looking up at the couple and he grabs a gun out of his glove compartment... it’s seems like it’s all more in his mind, but whether it’s a memory or a fantasy, we’re never sure. Same with if he escapes with his lady love or not. We say the sex scenes are a flashback and the rest is all fantasy.
The Diplo-produced song itself, 90% of which Usher sings in falsetto, is a sexy, sultry, winner.
What do you think of the video for “Climax?”
