Watch: Panic! At the Disco's soundtrack music video for 'Jennifer's Body'
Does a 'New Perspective' include Megan Fox's girl-on-girl kiss?
Panic At The Disco
High school sure wasn't like this when I went. Check out the video for "New Perspective," Panic! At the Disco's kick-off single for the soundtrack to "Jennifer's Body," the forthcoming horror/comedy flick starring Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried.
Panic's Brendon Urie and Spencer Smith walk through the high school halls like two Men In Black, complete with black suits, skinny ties and shades, seemingly oblivious as all hell breaks loose around them. Finally, there's a bit of a twist on the end when the mob turns on them.
The storyline is effectively interspersed with footage from "Jennifer's Body," including lots of hot shots of Fox, including the girl-on-girl kiss with Seyfried (oh, for God's sake, if you can't watch the whole thing, the kiss comes in around 1:30. Sheesh)... It cracks us up how movies and tv shows always make a gorgeous girl look "ugly" by throwing glasses on her and pull her hair back severely as they've done here with Seyfried.
To the director and Panic's credit, the video works as both a promo for the movie and a way to showcase the song. And, no surprise, the volume goes out on the line "Can we fast forward to where you go down on me" although it's pretty easy to read Urie's lips.
