Watch: Britney Spears' video for '3'

Is it as hot as the song? Does Britney even care?

You know how so many times the movie you have playing in your head based on your interpretation of a song is infinitely more interesting than the video the artist comes up with?

Is it possibly that I have a dirtier mind than Britney Spears? I seriously doubt that, but my video for “3” would have been much raunchier and sexier than what she’s presented here.

Directed by Diane Martel, we see Brit Brit, who looks fabulous, but a little distracted, playing up to the camera as she autotunes her way through the ditty about threesomes. She looks sexily into the camera—or she at least tries to—we lost our focus when we thought we had a clear shot of her hair extensions and our mind went off on a tangent on if she had them or not. We’ve found Spears tremendously sexy in other clips, but here it’s as if Martel said “Guys love it when you look right in the camera with a ‘F*** me’ stare and throw your hair back and moan. Make love to the camera baby… “

She gyrates with four other women in a PG way as they hang off a pole (not a stripper pole, a horizontal one, more like a closet rod). She then cavorts with two guys in a pretty innocent fashion. We’ve seen Victoria’s Secret commercials that were more provocative. And much, much better Spears videos.

Really.... with the money she has you think she could have at least made it look like she tried...

    • I think they spent all the budget on the Radar video. Considering how great the track is -- arguably one of her best -- this is stunningly bad.
