Talk about your "Boom, Boom, Pow!" The Black Eyed Peas are set to deliver a knock-out punch to Dave Matthews Band as the quartet kicks DMB out of the top spot on the album chart next week. The Peas' "The E.N.D." looks like it will sell up to 230,000 copies, more than 100,000 for Matthews' second-week tally of 120,000-130,000, according to Hits Daily Double.

Eminem's "Relapse" slips to No. 3, while Chickenfoot's self-titled CD is likely to move up two spaces from 6-4 on the strength of its first full week of sales (Best Buy released the CD on a Friday, giving it only three full days of sales).

Lady GaGa's "The Fame" stays in the Top 10, possibly even leaping back up to No. 5.  The album is one of the few that hasn't been completely cannibalized by the overwhelmingly strong digital download sales of the singles.

Acts likely to debut in the Top 10 include former Pretty Ricky member Pleasure P's "The Introduction of Marcus Cooper"  and Mos Def's "The Ecstatic."
