Set your calendars: Bonnaroo announces its 2010 dates
Line up coming in February
Phish were amongst the headliners in 2009
It’s seven months away, but Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has already set the dates for its ninth edition.
The multi-artist festival will take place June 10-13 in Manchester, Tennessee, 60 miles from Nashville.
Tickets go on sale Nov. 27, the day after Thanksgiving. A holiday pre-sale offers a payment plan of five $50 payments (in other words, tickets are $250 for the four-day fest). Fans who purchase tickets by Dec. 16 will get a Bonnaroo holiday greeting card (really?), plus a limited edition 2010 Bonnaroo calendar.
No headliners have been announced, but look for the biggest names—this year’s headliners included Phish and Bruce Springsteen. Expect a continued emphasis on comedy. Among the comics who have appeared at Bonnaroo at Chris Rock, Flight of Conchords, Jimmy Fallon and Louis CK. The line up will be announced by February.
