Jay-Z and Ciara will tour together this summer, the only question is for how long.

Live Nation confirmed to VH1.com that Hova and the R&B diva will start a tour July 3 in Las Vegas, playing The Pearl at the Palms Casino for two nights. The outing then moves to Chicago, Uncasville, Conn., and Atlanta.

On Monday, Ciara tweeted that the tour would last 10 days, but Jay-Z's reps said it will not cover that many dates.

As you may recall, Live Nation and Jay-Z inked a comprehensive deal last April that included Jay-Z's enterprenurial ventures, tours and recordings over the next 10 years. (Jay-Z still owes one album to Def Jam.) The first venture under his Live Nation deal was Jay-Z's tour with Mary J. Blige last year.
