'American Idol's' Daughtry sets release date for third album
What else do we know?

Daughtry’s third album will come out Nov. 21, according to tweets from lead singer Chris Daughtry. He’s been updating followers from the studio for weeks now, but fans got hard news when he tweeted the date yesterday.
The “American Idol” season 5 contestant then added a little twist of synchronicity: “I just realized...our new album comes out exactly 5 years to the day from our first album. Good sign : )”
In terms of direction, the set, not surprisingly, is “Full on Rock!!! Can’t wait for you guys to hear what’s coming,” Daughtry says.
A few other nuggets:
*The album is still untitled: “I can truly say I don’t know what it is yet. Keep ya posted,” he tweeted.
*The single selection process is underway: “I know what our first 2 singles are! I’ll spill the beans in the next few days.”
