Zoe Saldana, Anna Kendrick and rapper-actor Common will present the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Award nominees.
The three presenters will unveil the nominees in a press conference at 10:00 am PT on Tuesday, November 27 at The W Hollywood.
Co-Presidents Sean McManus and Josh Welsh jointly made the announcement today.
A two-time Spirit Award nominee, Kendrick co-starred alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and Mchael Pena in "End Of Watch," which should do well at the Spirit Awards. She was nominated for an Oscar for 2009's "Up In The Air."
Best known for "Avatar," Zoe Saldana will soon be seen in J.J. Abrams' "Star Trek Into Darkness," and the star-heavy drama "Out Of The Furnace" with Christian Bale, Casey Affleck and Forest Whitaker.
Saldana has served as a presenter on past Spirit Awards.
Common stars in the upcoming indie "LUV" that is trying to get awards season traction. He was an artist in residence during the 2008 Los Angeles Film Festival.
“Anna, Zoe and Common have become an integral part of the Film Independent family and we are honored to have them join us for this big moment to announce and celebrate the best independent artists of the year,” said McManus in a statement.
The winners will be announced February 23 at the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
