Watch: 'Twilight' star Kristen Stewart 'happy' over 'Breaking Dawn' wedding scene
Check out HitFix's interview with Bella at San Diego Comic-Con
SAN DIEGO - "Twilight" actress Kristen Stewart knows that fans of the franchise can look forward to a lot of life events for her character Bella in forthcoming "Breaking Dawn, Part 1." But the "catharsis" won't be just for the followers -- she found joy in filming some of these pivotal scenes, including Bella's marriage to Edward (Robert Pattinson).
"The wedding was surreally cathartic and fun, what you really kind of want a wedding to be like," she told HitFix in a video interview at Comic-Con. Stewart said she felt "happy" as they shot the much-ballyhooed scene.
And in preparing for life, death, new life and beyond for the two-part film finale, the actress said she's had plenty of time to think Bella's life changes over.
"I've been thinking about them for four years... to walk down the aisle, or to lookin the mirror and to see a bump," Stewart said. She found it best, when it came to the actual filming, to "just let the moments find themselves. That's when movies are good... not when you're thinking too much."
"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1" will be released on Nov. 18 this year.
