Let's make this clear, there isn't always a lot to talk about when your character appears as a CG wolf a good chunk of the time on screen. However, for Alex Meraz (Paul), Julia Jones (Leah Clearwater) and Chaske Spencer (Sam Uley), "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" allowed the actors to provide a little more detail and shading to the Quileute tribe of Native Americans that are major parts of the series.
Speaking to the three actors earlier this month, it was clear they truly enjoy their time in the "Twilight" universe and Jones, in particular, has developed quite the crush on her wolf form. HitFix asked the trio if they ever felt the desire to put on a motion capture suit and perform scenes as their wolf identities. That received a laughable "no," but hey, every actor out there isn't as gutsy Andy Serkis. The trio also discussed one of the more exciting aspects for fans of the series, watching the origins of the vampire/werewolf feud from over a century ago.

"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" opens nationwide and on IMAX on Wednesday.
