"Remember Me," due this Friday, features actor Robert Pattinson, finally, without fangs.

The actor recently sat down with HitFix to discuss the new role and why he took it up, even after he signed on to become the face of Edward Cullen in the popular "Twilight" movie series. "There’s only so many things you can do with a script, [but] this seemed like it hadn’t been made before," he says.

The 23-year-old English actor also reveals some of his regrets not auditioning for roles in "There Will Be Blood" (and "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford). You can read more specifics on that here.

Additionally, Pattinson opened up on "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" and rumors that it will get made into two separate films. Watch the video to find out just how his opinion differs from co-star Kristen Stewart's on the subject.
