One movie that's flown a tad under the radar this summer is the new comedy "The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard."

Produced by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay (among others) and directed by Neil Brennan (writer/creator/director of "Chappelle's Show"), the R-rated comedy probably would have saved Paramount's former sister division Paramount Vantage from being dismantled if it had come out a year earlier.  Now, the big studio is releasing it after a blockbuster summer of their own. Can it only increase their massive tally?  Time will tell.

The flick finds Don Ready (Jeremy Piven), a master car liquidator and his team of salespeople hired by a failed auto dealership to turn their Fourth of July sale in to a profitable event.  Hilarity ensues.

Besides "Entourage's" triple Emmy-winning Piven, the cast features a number of familiar faces including summer's big breakout Ed Helms, Ving Rhames, Kathryn Hahn ("Step Brothers" ), Ken Jeong ("The Hangover"), Rob Riggle ("The Daily Show"), Alan Thicke and Craig Robinson ("The Office").

If you're not inclined to see "District 9" this weekend, "The Goods" might be the comedy you've been waiting for this summer.  Take a sneak peek with four funny clips below.  Plus, you may never get to see Helms in a musical number again!

Look for interviews with the cast by HitFix's own Drew McWeeny later this week.

"The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard" opens nationwide on Friday.
