Christopher Nolan speaks, new scenes revealed in two 'Inception' video clips
To some, Christopher Nolan's forthcoming thriller "Inception" can look seriously confusing. To help parse the story ahead of its July 16 release date, Warner Bros. Pictures has released a pair of feature clips.
But don't feel too spoiled: you'll probably still be confused.
Nolan and principal Leonardo DiCaprio take their turns the explaining the "canvas," the real and dream world of "Inception," between building-twisting, mirror-breaking, gun-shooting scenes. In another video, each character gets an ambiguous introduction into the core challenge of our sleep experts' strife.
"On 'Dark Knight,' we shot in three different countries," Nolan says of his previous flick. "For 'Inception,' we shot six countries. We experienced... from heavy rain to burning sun to incredible snowfall. We really wanted to try and test ourselves in photographing things in actual places."
The film also stars Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard, Michael Caine, Marion Cotillard, Tom Hardy and Ken Watanabe. Check out our mega-gallery of new "Inception" images.
