Watch: Audrina Patridge die in the opening scene of 'Sorority Row'
Plus two red banded clips including 'Sorority Shower' and 'Chugs'
What fate will Audrina Patridge find on "Sorority Row"?
You really can't feel sorry for a company that has two to three more "Twilight" movies on its release schedule, but Summit Entertainment's had a tough month or so. The well reviewed "Bandslam" had a disastrous opening two weeks ago and now their September release, "Sorority Row," is in a perilous state in early industry tracking. Even more concerning for the "Mean Girls" meets "Scream" thriller is that it's supposed to be very, very good and is shaping up for a "Bandslam"-like fate. Considering how weak September usually is for movies, we're keeping our fingers crossed the Summit team can turn it around and give everyone something buzzworthy to talk about.
Obviously looking to generate some chatter, the studio has released two red band clips (appropriately titled "Chugs" and "Sorority Shower") as well as the first three minutes of the movie. You can watch the beginning of the flick and "Chugs" below, but Break.com seems to have the worst embed code known to man. Check out "Sorority Shower" here.
Check them out and see if you'll be up for a visit to "Sorority Row" on Sept. 11.
