May 1, 2012 at 12:33PM EST Reply to CommentWhile it has been largely horrible for a while, any chance we'll get a review/chat on the series finale in a few weeks? I think they'll actually focus on House the character more so than the patient of the week stuff which has been horribly boring and grating for years now. I am looking forward to Hugh Laurie getting to wrap up House's relationships and personal stuff which I think is the strength of the show with Robert Sean Leonard, Jesse Spencer, Olivia Wilde, Omar Epps, and a bunch of other actors whose characters we have only had around for a short time and frankly probably do not really care all that much about. Still, House is a rich character and they have some amazing actors. Laurie, Wilde, and Leonard in particular are fantastic and the interactions between House, Wilson, and Remy "Thirteen" Hadley have led to some great emotional storylines and performances over the years.
I think if they can focus on the character of House and however he ends up at the finale giving some closure to his story and not just using the same boring story, it could really be something special.
-Cheers
dan Dave I - I can't speak to Sepinwall's plans on revisiting "House" for the finale, but I've been watching steadily and I assume it'll get some sort of finale write-up and possibly (but not inevitably) some podcast discussion...
