TV Ratings: Thursday goes to FOX, CBS
'So You Think You Can Dance,' 'The Mentalist' are Thursday's top shows

"Big Brother" plus high-rated repeats gave CBS an overall win on Thursday night, but FOX captured the young adult demo thanks to "So You Think You Can Dance."
Among adults 18-49, FOX averaged a 2.0 rating, topping the 1.7 rating for CBS. NBC's 1.2 rating and the 0.8 rating followed in the key demographic. The CW's 0.5 rating trailed.
Overall, though, CBS averaged an estimated 7.38 million viewers to go with a 4.9 rating/9 share. FOX's 3.9/7 was second. NBC was a distant third with a 2.4/4, followed by the 2.1/4. The CW's 0.9/2 finished firsth.
CBS started the night in first with the 4.1/8 for a "Big Brother 11." FOX's "Bones" had a 3.3/6 for second. ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" edged out the 2.3/4 for NBC's "30 Rock" and "Parks & Recreation." The CW's "Smallville" had a 0.9/2 for fifth.
"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" won the 9 p.m. hour with a 5.0/9 for CBS. FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance" took the hour in the key demo and averaged a 4.6/8 overall. ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" had a 2.3/4 to stay ahead of NBC's "The Office" and "30 Rock." The CW's "Supernatural" had a 0.8/1 for fifth.
"The Mentalist" closed the night in first with a 5.5/10 for "The Mentalist." NBC's "Law & Order" was second with a 2.9/5. ABC's "Private Practice" trailed."
