" has dominated ABC's "Private Practice
" overall, but lost to ABC in the 18-49 demographic, helping to maintain regular Thursday night equilibrium. On Nov. 19, though, the CBS procedural moved ahead of the ABC medical drama in the key demo, helping CBS claim the last Thursday of November Sweeps both overall and in the demo.

" was down slightly, yet again, doing a 5.2/8 overall and a 2.4 rating in the key demo. NBC's "Community
" and "Parks and Recreation" held steady. The CW's "The Vampire Diaries" had a 2.4/4 for its midseason finale, which is down from last week, though The CW emphasizes that due to sports-based preemptions in at least one major market, the numbers for "VD" will change when final figures are announced.
: Crime Scene Investigation" kept CBS on top at 9 p.m. with a 9.3/14. ABC's "Grey's Anatomy
" was a close second overall with a 9.1/14 and won the hour in the 18-49 demo with a 5.0 rating. NBC's "The Office
