Among adults 18-49, CBS won the night with a 3.8 rating, beating NBC's 3.2 rating and the 3.0 rating for FOX. ABC's 2.3 rating was fourth in the key demographic, leaving The CW's 0.9 rating in fifth.
Overall, it was a CBS rout, as the network averaged an estimated 16.67 million viewers in primetime to go with a 10.5 rating/17 share. FOX and ABC were a distant second with a 6.1/10 (advantage FOX in total viewers). NBC's 5.1/8 was fourth. The CW trailed with a 1.4/2.
In the 8 p.m. hour, CBS got a 12.7/20 from "NCIS," which averaged 20.6 million viewers and a 4.7 demo rating. FOX's coverage of the Angels and Yankees playoff game was second with a 6.1/10. NBC's "Biggest Loser" was third overall, but second in the 18-49 demo. ABC's "Shark Tank" finale had a 4.0/6, a series high. The CW's "90210" did a 1.7/3, its biggest audience since the season premiere.
"NCIS: Los Angeles" was first in the 9 p.m. hour with a 10.2/16, up comfortably from last week. ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" was second with a 9.3/14. NBC's "Biggest Loser" and FOX's baseball tied for third, though "Biggest Loser" won the hour in the 18-49 demo with a 4.2 rating, nipping the 3.9 rating for "NCIS: Los Angeles." The CW's "Melrose Place" had a 1.1/2 for fifth.
"The Good Wife" closed the night strong for CBS with an 8.6/15 in the 10 p.m. hour. The CBS drama also won the hour in the 18-49 demo with a 2.7 rating. ABC's "The Forgotten" was second with a 5.0/8. As usual, that left "The Jay Leno Show" in fifth.
