Fast National ratings for Friday, Feb. 6, 2009.

Two of the CBS' Friday three procedurals returned with new episodes and led the network to an easy win.

Among adults 18-49, CBS averaged a 2.4 rating, edging ABC's 2.1 rating in the key demographic. NBC and FOX averaged a 1.4 rating for third, topping the 0.4 rating for The CW.

Overall, CBS averaged an estimated 10.39 million viewers and a 6.5 rating/11 share for a night for an easy win over ABC's 4.2/7. NBC and FOX tied for third again with a 2.8/5. The CW's 0.7/1 trailed.

CBS started the night off in first with a 7.1/13 for "Ghost Whisperer," which had the evening's biggest audience and highest demo ratings. ABC was second with a 3.3/6 for "Wife Swap," followed by the 2.8/5 for two episodes of "COPS" on FOX. NBC's "Howie Do I" was fourth, followed by the 0.8/1 for "Everybody Hates Chris" and "The Game" on The CW.

A repeat of "Flashpoint" dropped to a 6.0/10 to win the 9 p.m. hour for CBS, winning overall, but finishing behind ABC's "Supernanny" (4.4/7 overall) in the 18-49 demo. FOX's "America's Most Wanted" finished third for the hour, topping te 2.5/4 for "Friday Night Lights" on NBC. A new "13 - Fear Is Real" mustered only a 0.5/1 on The CW.

CBS closed in first with a 6.4/12 for "Numb3rs" in the 10 p.m. hour. ABC was a respectable second with a 5.0/9 for "20/20," while "Dateline NBC" was third.
