Fast National ratings for Monday, Feb. 23, 2009.

With solid ratings for "House" and "24," plus repeats on CBS, FOX had no trouble taking down the Monday competition.

FOX won the night in the key 18-49 demographic with a 4.6 rating. ABC was second with a 3.6 rating, followed by the 2.7 rating shared by CBS and NBC. The CW's 0.5 rating trailed.

Overall, FOX averaged 13.1 million viewers and a 7.9 rating/12 share. ABC was a distant second with a 6.6/10, with CBS' 6.1/10 close behind. NBC was fourth with a 4.6/7, many times better than the 4.6/7 for NBC. The CW had a 0.9/1 for fifth.

"House" started the night off right for FOX with an 8.9/14 for the 8 p.m. hour. ABC's "The Bachelor: The Women Tell All" was second with a 7.1/11. CBS took second with repeats of "Big Bang Theory" and "How I Met Your Mother." CBS' "Chuck" was fourth with a 4.0/6, better than the repeat of "Gossip Girl" on The CW.

At 9 p.m. ABC's "Bachelor" moved into first with a 7.5/11. FOX's "24" had a 6.9/10, to nip CBS' "Two and a Half Men" and "New Adventures of Old Christine" repeats. NBC's "Heroes" was down to a 4.4/7, while The CW's "One Tree Hill" was in line with the netlet's nightly average.

CBS moved into first at 10 p.m. with a 6.6/11 for a "CSI: Miami" repeat. NBC's "Medium" was second with a 5.4/9. ABC's "True Beauty" was a close third overall, but won the hour in the 18-49 demo.
