TV Ratings: Another sluggish Sunday goes to CBS, FOX
CBS wins overall with '60 Minutes' and procedurals, but FOX takes the key demo

With TV audiences still celebrating the 4th of July Weekend rather than watching the tube, CBS and FOX split another sluggish Sunday.
Among adults 18-49, FOX averaged a 1.5 rating, beating the 1.1 rating for both CBS and NBC in the key demographic. ABC finished fourth with a 0.8 rating, topping the 0.3 rating for fifth place CW.
Overall, though, CBS averaged an estimated 7.14 million viewers to go with a 4.6 rating/9 share, comfortably beating the 2.7/5 for NBC. ABC's 2.0/4 and FOX's 1.9/4 followed. The CW finished fifth with a 0.7/1.
CBS swept the primetime hours overall, starting with a 5.3/11 for "60 Minutes" at 7 p.m. "Dateline NBC" was second with a 2.9/6, topping the numbers for ABC's "Just For Laughs." FOX's "Til Death" and American Dad" were fourth, beating the 0.4/1 for a new "Valentine" on The CW.
"Million Dollar Password" had a 4.3/8 to win the 8 p.m. hour for CBS. NBC's "Merlin" was second with a 2.7/5, edging ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." FOX's "The Simpsons" and "King of the Hill" averaged a 2.0/4 for fourth overall, but won the 18-49 demographic for the hour. The CW's Random Movie of the Might was "Road House," which did a 0.8/2 in its first hour.
"Cold Case" had a 4.5/8 in the 9 p.m. hour, keeping CBS on top. FOX moved up to second with a 2.6/5 for "King of the Hill" and "American Dad," which also dominated the hour in the key demo. NBC's broadcast of "The Bourne Supremacy" took third, beating the 1.5/3 for "Desperate Housewives" on ABC. The CW movie improved to a 1.0/2 in its second hour.
CBS closed the night in first with a 4.3/8 for "Without a Trace." NBC's movie was up to a 2.7/5 overall and won the hour in the 18-49 demo. ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" was third.
