TV Ratings: ABC, FOX top NBC's 'Chuck,' 'Heroes' finales on Monday

The season finales of NBC's "Chuck" and "Heroes" got negligible ratings boosts on Monday, as ABC won the night overall and FOX scored in the key demo.
FOX averaged a 3.9 rating among adults 18-49, nipping the 3.8 rating for CBS and ABC's 3.2 rating in the key demo. NBC was fourth in the demo with a 2.5 rating, followed by the 1.0 rating for The CW.
Overall, though, ABC averaged an estimated 13.99 million primetime viewers to go with a 9.2 rating/14 share. CBS was second with a 7.1/11, followed closely by the 6.7/10 for FOX. NBC's 4.0/6 was fourth. The CW's 1.5/2 was good for fifth.
ABC won the 8 p.m. hour with "Dancing with the Stars," which had an 11.9/19. FOX's "House" was on the low side, but still took second with a 6.9/11. CBS' "Big Bang Theory" and "How I Met Your Mother" were third. NBC's "Chuck" had a 3.6/6 for the hour. Want more info on that "Chuck" finale? It averaged just over 6.11 million viewers (up slightly from last week) and a 2.3 rating in the 18-49 demo, stable with recent weeks. The CW was fifth with a 1.5/2 for "Gossip Girl."
The combination of "Dancing with the Stars" (13.1/19) and "Surviving Suburbia" (6.5/10) kept ABC in first at 9 p.m. CBS' "Two and a Half Men" and "Rules of Engagement" averaged a 7.9/12 between them. FOX's "24" had a 6.5/10 for third, beating the 4.0/6 for the "Heroes" finale. The CW's "One Tree Hill" improved very slightly on its lead-in.
CBS moved into first for the 10 p.m. hour with a 7.9/13 for "CSI: Miami." ABC's "Castle" was second with a 5.7/10. NBC finished third with "Medium."
