Showtime is bringing some big guns down to San Diego for Comic-Con this year. The panel will include the Emmy-nominated series "Dexter," as well as "Shameless," and the upcoming "Homeland."

The cable network will also premiere an exclusive first-look trailer of "Homeland," starring Claire Danes ("Terminator 3"), Damian Lewis ("Band of Brothers"), Mandy Patinkin ("Criminal Minds") and Morena Baccarin ("V"), and executive produced by Howard Gordon ("The X-Files") and Alex Gansa ("24"). Baccarin will be on hand to introduce the trailer.
As for "Dexter," heading into its sixth season, fans will be the first to see the new season’s trailer, preceding a panel Q&A with cast and crew members. The panelists will include stars Michael C. Hall, C.S. Lee, and David Zayas (Sgt. Angel Batista), plus guest star Colin Hanks ("King Kong") and executive producers John Goldwyn, Sara Colleton, Scott Buck and Manny Coto. KROQ's Ralph Garman will moderate the Q&A.

The Showtime panel will be presented on the first day of the Con on Thursday, July 21 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Ballroom 20.
