PaleyFest09 sets Joss Whedon double-bill
Panels will be held for 'Dollhouse' and 'Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog'
Eliza Dushku of 'Dollhouse'
The William S. Paley Television Festival has announced that it will host panels this spring for Joss Whedon's "Dollhouse" and "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog."
PaleyFest09 will announce its complete schedule on Wednesday, Feb. 18, so it's unknown what nights the "Dollhouse" and "Dr. Horrible" panels will take place.
The annual celebration of television past and present will be held from April 10 to 23, 2009, with events taking place at the Cinerama Dome at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood.
The "Dollhouse" and "Dr. Horrible" events come one year after Whedon was part of the biggest event of PaleyFest08, a "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" retrospective which reunited many of that show's cast members.
The only previously announced PayleyFest09 panels are for FOX's "Fringe" and HBO's "True Blood."
Note that the PaleyFest09 Premium Festival Pass is available now at ticketweb.com. Starting February 18, 2009, three PaleyFest09 Ticket Packages will be announced and available, also at ticketweb.com. Individual tickets will go on sale to Paley Center Members on Thursday, February 26, 2009, and to the general public beginning the following Sunday, March 1, 2009.
