'October Road' finale in the works
The cast of 'October Road' will be back for a mini-episode on the DVD
"October Road" fans (we know you're out there!) rejoice... Closure is on the way!
According to Zap2it.com's Korbi Ghosh, the entire original "October Road" cast will reunite this weekend to shoot a wrap-up for their ABC drama.
While there had been rumors of a 15-minute online conclusion to the adventures of the denizens of Knights Ridge, Korbi reports -- via executive producer Josh Applebaum -- that the mini-episode will, instead, be released as a special feature on the "October Road" second season DVD.
Korbi describes "October Road" as "prematurely cancelled." We prefer to think that the reason ABC cancelled the series last spring had more to do with the audience of fewer than 4.8 million viewers.
"October Road" starred Bryan Greenberg, Evan Jones, Geoff Stults, Jay Paulson, Laura Prepon and Odett Yustman, among others.
