NBC pilot isn't kryptonite for 'Smallville' villain
Michael Rosenbaum and Nick D'Agosto will play brothers in untitled comedy
Michael Rosenbaum of 'Smallville'
"Smallville" baddie Michael Rosenbaum is looking to return to the small screen, but hopefully with a little more hair this time.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rosenbaum and Nick D'Agosto will star in NBC's untitled Justin Adler comedy, which focuses on a grown-up family.
D'Agosto ("Heroes," "Fired Up!") will play the family's youngest sibling, while Rosenbaum will play the married middle sibling.
Although he's most recently been best known as Lex Luthor from "Smallville," comedy isn't exactly unfamiliar terrain for Rosenbaum, whose credits also include the sitcom "Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane" and the feature "Sorority Boys."
In other casting news, Sam Neill ("Jurassic Park") has been cast in ABC's mystery drama "Happy Town," while Rochelle Aytes ("Drive") will appear in the network's untitled Jerry Bruckheimer drama.
