Michelle Trachtenberg finds 'A Couple of Dicks'
Kevin Smith's first directorial effort that he hasn't written, the new comedy "A Couple of Dicks," is recruiting an intriguing cast of characters. Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan already topline the picture with co-stars Sean William Scott and Adam Brody, but now Michelle Trachtenberg and Jason Lee have come on board.
Variety describes "Dicks" as an action comedy centered on a couple of cops (Willis and Morgan) who are searching for a stolen baseball card, rescue a Mexican beauty and must deal with gangsters and laundered drug money.
Trachtenberg, who was last seen opposite Zac Efron in "17 Again," will play Willis's daughter. Lee is set her stepfather and will also reprise his role as Dave in "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel."
Lee has previously collaborated with Smith on a number of films including "Chasing Amy," "Dogma," "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back," "Jersey Girl" and "Clerks II."
Production on "Dicks" is expected to begin soon.
