Anya Marina's "Satellite Heart," a song selected for the much-anticipated "Twilight Saga: New Moon" soundtrack, has hit MySpace and YouTube.

The track features the San Diego songwriter's chilled-out vocals, set over a sad-sounding guitar riff. Tortured, yet beautiful, it's sounds like an obvious fit, even though audiences may still yet be unfamiliar with Marina's stylings.

Fans who pre-order the album, due Oct. 20, via iTunes will get this track as a free download starting tomorrow, according to the artist's MySpace blog.

Marina is signed to Chop Shop Records, the label behind music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas, who curated the first "Twilight" film as well as "New Moon."

On her Twitter account, Marina announced that "This one's for Bella" -- and the lyrics make sense: "I'm a satellite heart/lost in the dark/I've spun out so far/You stop, I'll start/but I'll be true to you/no matter what you do."

As previously reported, Thom Yorke, Grizzly Bear, Bon Iver with St. Vincent, The Killers and OK Go are amongst the other artists who will be featured on the soundtrack.
