The first song and single from the forthcoming "Where the Wild Things Are" movie has been posted today on the film's MySpace site.

"All Is Love" features vocals from Yeah Yeah Yeahs' frontwoman Karen O, along with what sounds like dozens of little kids singing along.

As previously reported, Karen recruited her bandmates, plus other musicians from groups like Queens Of The Stoneage, Deerhunter and the Raconteurs, to fill out the soundtrack to the Spike Jonze-directed effort. Composer Carter Burwell rounds out the score.

"All Is Love" goes up for sale on digital retailers tomorrow (Aug. 25), while the soundtrack album will be available Sept. 29. The movie hits theaters on Oct. 16.

The song itself is very sweet, if not alarming to hear Karen try to deliver lines so straight-forwardly. The chugging guitars, the simple drum setup and its raw, untrained child choir really gives it such an innocent, organic feel. Whoops, whistling and an enchanting chanting breakdown will make you at least ten years younger.
