Jennifer Aniston may be Adam Sandler's 'Pretend Wife'
The romantic comedy project, in development, has longtime Sandler collaborator Dennis Dugan poised to direct, according to The Hollywood Reporter, and is slated to start lensing early next year for a pre-Valentine’s Day release in 2011.
The film would come after two other Aniston rom-coms – “The Baster” and “The Bounty” – are released this year. As previously reported, Aniston is also working on her musical role in “The Goree Girls,” also due in 2010. “I can carry a tune,” she said in September.
Sandler’s company Happy Madison is producing, the scripted penned by Allan Loeb and Tim Dowling.
Sandler is slated to appear next in “Grown Ups,” also directed by Dugan, due in June.
