Freddie Prinze Jr. displays 'Heroics' for ABC
Mr. Sarah Michelle Gellar joins Paul Campbell, Eliza Coupe and Arielle Kebbel in 'No Heroics'

Sarah Michelle Gellar's husband is getting back to work.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Prinze has signed on for ABC's B-list superhero comedy "No Heroics."
The series focuses on a quartet of subpar superheroes -- Paul Campbell, Eliza Coupe and Arielle Kebbel have already been cast. Prinze will play Ultimatum, the far-more-respectable A-list superhero who serves as the nemesis to Campbell's Chillout, a Canadian able to freeze small objects.
The trade paper says that Prinze's character is "a handsome, cocky and egotistical Alpha male who has all the women and fame and money a guy could want."
Prinze is returning to the scene of his 2005-2006 comedy "Freddie," which aired for a single season on ABC. He also co-starred on episodes of ABC's "George Lopez" and "Boston Legal."
While the "Wing Commander" and "Head Over Heels" star did the CBS pilot "Atlanta" in 2007, he's most recently been working on the writing staff for the WWE.
Prinze's wife and "Scooby-Doo" co-star Gellar is also in the pilot business this spring, starring in HBO's comedy "The Wonderful Maladys."
