ABC pilot bewitches Rebecca Romijn
'Ugly Betty' co-star joins Lindsay Price and Jaime Ray Newman in 'Eastwick'
Rebecca Romijn
Rebecca Romijn will be the third of ABC's witches of "Eastwick."
The drama pilot is based on the 1987 film "The Witches of Eastwick" (and, we guess, on the John Updike novel) and focuses on a trio of beautiful, young witches.
Romijn joins Lindsay Price and Jaime Ray Newman to complete the show's core threesome.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Romijn's character is Roxie, a "Bohemian and sharp-tongued single mother."
Most recently seen as Alexis Meade on ABC's "Ugly Betty," Romijn also guest starred on hubby Jerry O'Connell's short-lived ABC comedy "Carpoolers." Her feature credits include the "X-Men" movies, "Femme Fatale" and "Rollerball."
