Film school's not for everybody, but it clearly paid off for Ross Ching.
The former San Diego State grad made a stop-motion animated music video to Death Cab For Cutie's "Little Bribes," stuck up on his website and posted that he was looking for a job. After seeing it for themselves, the rock band picked up the video as the official clip for the song and Atlantic, their label, is now employing Ching for some other projects.
Way to go, education!
The song was culled from DCFC's latest EP, "The Open Door," released in April. We like the double-emphasis on the lyrics that the video brings to the track and, while Ben Gibbard's writingcan be precious at time, the word match the total adorability of the tune.
As we already totally told you, Death Cab is on tour, with Andrew Bird and Ra Ra Riot.
