It's been a slow year, relatively, for publicly traded DreamWorks Animation with only "Monsters vs. Aliens" hitting theaters, but Variety reports the company's shareholders will be getting a laundry list of exciting news during a presentation on Thursday.  The biggest news is that CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg has recruited Robert Downey, Jr. and Tina Fey to voice the lead characters in "Oobermind."

Originally developed by Ben Stiller's Red Hour Films as a live action film titled "Master Mind," the picture finds Downey as a super villain who finds live a tad dull after finally defeating his longtime nemesis, the hero Metro Man.  It's unclear what role Fey will voice in the adventure, but the studio has scheduled it for release on Nov. 5, 2010.

As with all upcoming DreamWorks Animation properties, the picture will be available released in 3D.

Downey, Jr. is currently shooting "Iron Man 2" and will appear in "Sherlock Holmes" later this year.  Fey is currently taking a break from the Emmy-winning "30 Rock" to star opposite Steve Carell in the "event comedy" "Date Night."
