Usher, Lil Wayne push album releases back, Spoon moves up

Lil Wayne

As could be predicted, Lil Wayne has pushed back his "Rebirth" -- only by a week -- but what couldn't have been predicted is Usher moving his release "Raymond vs. Raymond" off the calendar altogether.

"Rebirth" and it's accompanying second disc of Young Money debut "This Is Young Money" will hit shelves on Dec. 22 instead of Dec. 15 now.

A Jive rep told Billboard that "Raymond," originally due Dec. 7 then Dec. 22, now does not have any confirmed release date.

Meanwhile, indie rock act Spoon has bumped up its seventh full-length "Transference" from Jan. 26 to Jan. 19. The album's first single, "Written in Reverse," will be released digitally on Dec. 1; the band has set a handful of tour dates in Europe for February.
